Hi Chaps, here's another classy medal from the court jewellers V. Mayer’s Söhne of Vienna (it's maker marked on the ring 'VM' & silver marked 'A'). The quality of the work of this miniature of 2 cm's in height is amazing (see the last pic next to a full size example for comparison),
