WW1 Storm Trooper's Cap - Up for Review?

Came across this WW1 Storm trooper's Schiffchen on offer. Only information I have - made out of green-grey wool/felt mix, size 59, purple ink stamp not readable, negative under U.V. light, possibly comes out of Austria and dusty. I'm interested in buying it, but I know next to nothing about these caps. What do members think good / fake ? Unfortunately I've only these four photos - any information appreciated.

now I'm no expert but....it looks more ww2 than ww1 in construction to me. Just an opening shot. Not brilliant but hopefully it will get the conversation going...
