P40 Auction Find

[VERSUCH]

I bought this P40 pitot head and mounting boom on the weekend.
Its a Kollsman shark fin type 518-02,the mounting boom is
about 180cm (46inches) long,and although oxidized the
original paint light green primer,duck egg blue and dark earth,
still looks good.
It was an interesting auction, Meteor tank engine went for aud6.000
and a rare marinized liberty v12 went for aud 11.500.
