    No, Bing was not disabled. The photo I just uploaded is from the SAS exhibition at Duxford. It seems the dog had a long career.

    Sorry, Big Ned posted another picture which confused me!! It’s been a long day !

    This is the first I have heard of this brave little guy, I never knew they parachuted dogs into France!!

    Never been to Duxford, have to go this year now !!!

    Apparently poor Bing was a little reluctant to jump over Normandy because the sounds of battle put him off the job so he had to be 'helped' out the door.......

    Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....

    Thats no good is it !! They should of put him on half rations !! haha, I rekon he was not the only one that had to be helped out the door that morning !!!
