    Schwertertraeger Erich Rudorffer is still alive , his Schwerter were awarded on 26/1/45 whilst flying ME 262's with JG 54 !!
    The gates of hell were opened and we accepted the invitation to enter" 26/880 Lance Sgt, Edward Dyke. 26th Bn Northumberland Fusiliers , ( 3rd Tyneside Irish )

    1st July 1916

    I wrote to him for some signed photos a few years ago Nick and the Lebenslauf he sent confirms that his score was 224 with 12 flying the ME262 !
