A quick search of 'MS 22001 oxygen mask' on the internet
placed this mask in use from the late 50's into the 80's.

    It is from the USAF/USN.
    Regards,

    Hello mate,

The mask is an American MD 2200 series oxygen mask made by the Scott company. It was used from the 1950's until the 80's. yours is missing some parts, including the microphone. There were quite a few sub-varients of this model as well.

    Regards, Ned.
