Thank you very much, I have commented that the material can be Neusilber.
The hinge has been repaired and is poorly finished, not if they have the same opinion.

That price can have this piece in this state?

These are more faked than Nazi stuff. Have a read here and perhaps contact the author before you buy. If real I'd expect to pay fifteen hundred or so for it, more if there is good provenance. It sseems ok but I am not familiar enough with these to reliably tell you 'yes or no' Medalnet.net

I can't say yes or no definitively. I have always been reticent about buying anything such as this just because -as someone else mentioned - they are heavily faked - I am convinced that there are a couple on a very well known site.
