This film not only features exciting one-of-a-kind P-47 combat footage, it also shows day-to-day life on a MTO forward air base, including vintage pilot slang. You won't see this extended version anywhere else!

* Airplane 11: The First TB-58 Hustler Trainer. (NEW Digitally Restored) The training version of B-58 Hustler supersonic bomber, the TB-58, was delivered by General Dynamics to the USAF in August, 1960, the first of eight R&D aircraft ( "aircraft 11" in the test series) converted for that purpose. The biggest change involved converting the Bomber/Navigator station (2nd seat aft) to a pilot/instructors compartment with instrumentation and controls. Highlights include great footage of the colorfully painted TB 58 in operation, a tour of the mock up of the converted crew section, and unique in flight footage shot from inside the aircraft.

* FLAK: Evading Anti-Aircraft Fire for World War 2 Pilots (NEW Digitally Restored) This is a fascinating World War II training film for pilots on the theory and practice of evading antiaircraft fire. This truly remarkable step-by-step training film shows how a ground support crew of fifty men could assemble a P-47 in a field using nothing more than muscle, unpowered hand tools, and pieces of the shipping crate it came in

* The New Guinea Campaign: Air Operations Lae-Salamaua. (NEW Digitally Restored) This action packed film covers a key battle of the oft overlooked 1943 New Guinea campaign in the South Pacific.
