Great uniform Sokol!!!

So here is another type of Model 1940 Bulgarian Royal Air Force uniform, unfortunaly in far from perfect condition and some mising insignia..

Blue color and opened collars? Bah go....

Is it unusual? I was told from common friend of ours that this is the second type of 1940 model... Isn't it so?

I was surprised to see 1936 pattern in 1940 blue color! Had not paid attention to that before. Maybe it's the first postwar pattern, before the introduction of the "Stalin" type uniforms? Still royal pattern, but no crown on the hat. The color is blue I think, but the collars are opened:
