    Royal yugoslav army.
    These canteens were also used by Croatian Home guard ( Domobrani), but signs were latin.

    WW1 Austro-hungarian canteens. Second on the left is from my greatgrandfathers brother who served in Home guard regiment on Italian front. This is only thing that's left.

    Hello.
    The flask was also recondtionned in gray, the right period color being an olive green tint. As far as I know metal flasks were painted red, then olive green, then gray and finally black as the swiss mess tins still are.
