I' ll try to put up a thread for Flemish regalia.
I'll start with what I have, because it is so very little, feel free to add what ever you encounter or come by.
Politicaly speaking the Flemish matter has always been quiet complex.
Before and during WWII maybe the most.
You will see many organisations that were willing to collaborate with the Germans but several had certain restrictions.
That is how different organisations went up into a other and so on.

The Flemish Hitler Youth was only created at the end of 1943 and so didn't last long! I don't know how much members it had but some say not more the 1000, including kids of German citizends that were stationed in Flanders.
And I am pretty sure these buttons were used on HJ Flandern uniforms.
The construction is completly similar to a German uniform button made in Antwerp during the war.
And knowing what I know and were it comes from, make me think HJ Flandern.

    Thanks.
    Here is a NSJV tinnie.
The NSJV was created by the Germans in order to try to get the different youth organizations with different influences in to one staight line. It is a shield shaped, stamped metal badge with the profile of Raymond Tollenaere who was head of the militia of the political VNV party, who later joined the SS. And died on 22 january 1942 in Kopcy by friendly artillery fire of the Division Azul.

Hi Stuka F, I've had these following items in my collection for a number of years & think that they are Flemish Hitler youth badges , am i correct in my assumption? and where would they have been worn on the uniform? as always looking forward to the opinions of the forum ,Cheer,Paul p.s. i see from another thread that the "tinnie" is a Girls branch reunion badge DMS similar i assume to the German BDM.

    Hello,
you got some very nice NSJV (DMS is the girls branche) before they became Flemish HJ (that only started late 1943!).
The orange patch is a oversea cap insigna.
The next one is a leaders (left)arm patch.
Next is a NSJV rank patch.
    And a reunion tinnie.
    Very nice stuff!

Flemish HJ organisation only started in the winter of 1943 and uniforms did look very similar to the HJ Germany:
