just looking at this wikipedia link- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milicie

and notice that the top photo on the right the Milicie seem to have collar patches.

Does anyone know what colour they are ?

The second photo of Milicie with prisoners shows some circular insignia on the upper left arm.

What are they ? colour ?
