Hi - I'm in the process of selling my collection off...
I've had this visor for ages but not sure exactly what it is - can anyone help me please with an indication of value too.
Thank you, Glen

Hello Glen.
Could you upload a front photo ?, but in which we can see the whole cap, not just the eagle, please.
Santi.
Hi Santi - here is another picture.
Hello Glen.
The Insignia is the Eagle of San Juan, the first time of Franco 1943 for a military cap.
This cap in particular reminds me of the "PolicĂa Armada" or Armed Police" but it must be very early.
I have only been able to find other similar ones, but with the posterior eagle model, what makes me not sure of my opinion.
I send you a link.
Una historia de la Policia Nacional.: Gorra del Servicio de Trafico (1941)
I regret that I can not be more concrete, maybe one of the experts in uniforms of the Franco era can help you.
In any case it seems from the first years of the Franco regime.
Best regards.
Santi
Really appreciate your help Santi - I put my feelers out to another collector and he mentioned that service branch too.
Do you have any ideas of value please - obviously I'm sure condition is a major factor.
Thank you, Glen
