Can anyone assist in identifying the following pins please?

Not Russian.

A friend of mine looked these over he is a collector of Russian items and none of these appear to be Russian in origin. Hope that helps.

Tourist items , not military .

I would agree-older tourist pins and brooches. The Edelweiss wreath pin, for example, may possible be a German/Alpine ski souvenir pin. I do like the little Owl on the book pin-whatever it is for. A neat image. The flower basket? Again, I'm thinking a tourist town souvenir.

The coat-of-arms on the second badge is for the Austrian state of Carinthia (Kärnten).
