Manchurian buckle (1932-1945)

Hi,

Does any one have an idea about this buckle? seems to be a boy scout buckle from Manchuria...

Difficult to read the characters from 9 to 3 o'clock. Perhaps better lighting might make them more visible. A rubbing might work as well.

The three characters from 7 to 5 o'clock are Courage, Virtue, Knowledge.

Managed to get the characters already, hope you can see the characters: 满洲帝国童子勇联会-智仁勇 if I am not wrong.

Thanks for sending on the rest of the characters. I literally translate as, Brave(Heroic) Boys Association of the Manchurian Empire. I guess Imperial Manchurian Boys Scouts Association is closer in line with what the official English translation was.
