Question about a Dutch badge

Article about: I'd say sleeve badge too with those fittings. I have a few British mess dress tunics next to me with the exact type of studs on the arms for rank insignia etc.

Not Flemish, but Dutch I think. It's a NSB insignia (Nationaal Socialistische Beweging).

    EDIT: Glen was faster.

Could be a sleeve badge, going by the press stud attachment as it can be removed for cleaning the tunic.
