I had a few questions about this award. When I bought it I was told that is was a Spanish Blue Division enameled star, but I have not been able to find another example of it anywhere. Any idea what it might be? Thanks for any help!!

I have no idea what this is but I'm fairly sure it's not a Third Reich award. I will move it to the Axis militaria forum for the guys to look at and if need be for Alan to move on again if it doesn't fit here..........
