unknown orgin of boots, please help

Can someone tell me what could run these re rom? Are these Bulgarian or swiss? It has a crown symbol on it. I looked everywhere on interest and can't find anything. The tongue has several holes punched indicating the size

Hello.
Without any picture it will be hard to guess, but you can see a crown mark it cannot be swiss. The punched holes and the crown MIGHT indicate a swedish origin but this has to be confirmed.
