    Default Vichy French Optics

Can anyone help to identify these? I need make offer on them, I have no idea what they are worth. Any information would be appreciated.
The story is that they came back from North Africa as a war trophy.

Hi Dixie , the label on the case states that they are used for reading semaphore , which is a means of communication using flags . I see they have the adjustable tripod stand also . Huet is a well known maker of this type of item and they look in super condition , value i do not know but i`m guessing between £250 - £400 maybe
