A lovely addition James you are one of a few collectors that I know of that has an example that graces there shelves here is my French type 202 Para trainer for comparison that was a gift from Jerry B some time back..
And as to the camo pattern on your example here is something that you may find of interest they were also thought to have been used by the Cambodian army as well in the 1960's have a look at the helmets worn by the one member of this artillery unit...

Thank you Mark and for showing your example with the reference picture too ,very interesting It was very thoughtfull of Jerry to gift you an example but i totally understand why he did as i for one know how passionate you are about collecting parachutist helmets of all nations ,i notice yours has an extra central stitch line around the circumferance of the banding ,can i ask if this was done at the stage of manufacture or done in the field for some other unkown reason
