A few finds from a B-17 base I've just started to work. Some of them I can identify from the B-17 Parts Catalogue, some I would welcome any help with identification.

Iodine tincture vial. We found one at the RAF dump with the label still on. Hang on.....lemme find the pic......

Cheers Steve. I knew I'd seen something like it somewhere before. I'll retrieve it now I know its safe. I'm a bit wary of things with liquid in, since that little story you told us at the US Airbase last year.

Good for you ! Very sensible

It is the colour you would expect Iodine tincture to be and in a container that wouldn't have been used for anything noxious so it'll be safe to recover.
