Hi all,

Ive bought this today but not too sure on it. On looking through tinternet I think it may be a WWII british 4.2 mortar casing with fin bit not sure.

I'ts the 3 holes on the fins that has got me curious as most Ive found only have 2.

Agree the tail looks like 4.2" British mortar shell to me also. It's been given a coat of black paint though.
