Ordinance may have been souvenirs of previous service or been used in enemy weapons training-always a good idea to have a basic working knowledge of them and their capacities if needed in battle!

Not seen a safety clamp in this form before ~ suggested it may be a US military style (?)

    A Full House / hand eh ! ?

That shilling would have been a nice round up a couple of weeks back ~ 'A full house ' in one day ~ I was 'that close " ~ LOL

The Shilling will match the 1904 penny of last week too ~ First King Edward copper I have dug BTW ~

Certainly on a run now with the Minelab ~ Taken me long enough to get on top of the device !

An intriguing hut today ~ seems the MD hunt Gods were not smiling on us ~ or was it the fact that my partner Merete pu t hex on us so I would not bring home "more junk" ! ?

And we were having a shocker of a day ~

But she rang me in the field to make sure I was fine and I told her she had put the hex on us So she promised to send us good luck for a the last hour if we decided to switch to one more site~

But she did say I had to express what I wanted ~ LOL ~ I was not sure ~ But it worked as we went from virtually noting to ~ well ~ some thing ~

I think I may have seen that old walkie-talkie unit in some of the old war movies?
