Hey guys,
2 weeks ago I visited the Ardennes for a week to do metal detecting in the Battle of the Bulge area.
On my Youtube channel I made 3 videos of my trip which I'd like to share with you.
I hope you enjoy!

super
Nice.
You of course realise that it is illegal to metal detect within the Ardennes area so i'm sure you can provide us with the relevant paperwork you obtained prior to carrying out your detecting ?
cheers
Paul
If you try to detect in the woods above FOY, and get caught you are automatically arrested , they are patrolled on a regular basis, by forresters and police, and as far as i know , unless you are part of a legitimate organised and authorised group, there are no exceptions, and even then you are only allowed to detect in certain areas that are considered as being of no historical importance, which does not include famous battle areas
I have a feeling young Joe may have done a Lord Lucan from WRF as of this time......

Hey guys, thanks for the replies!
I'm not searching in the Bastogne area or near foy. My interest is with the 5th infantry division, so I try to stick close to their battlefields.
