    Thank you for the reply! I actually figured this out not too long ago myself, I'm pretty sure that this would have been for the Boys AT rifles that were captured by German forces in either France or (rather more likely) Norway and redesignated the "13.9-mm Panzerabwehrbüchse 782(e)".
    Amazing that one can learn so much by something of relatively little significance such as this dummy round.

    Nice item though, still kicking myself for breaking the wooden tip off

    Hi
    I think your first pic is a cobblers tool called a ' Last ' to repair the heel of a boot, they had them to repair the whole shoe also.
