Article about: Cannonball ? but not round - Lead projectile 220 g projectile made from lead about 33mm in diameter Minie ball is there for size comparison. Sorry about blurry photo. What is it?

    Found lots of lead ... probably from "buildings"
    not bullets ... so much

    don't know why it is there?
    I know for usage in windows ... stained glass

    I contacted Mr Wolfgang from who is collecting them...
    he says it is not like any of his plumbbobs he has...
    so... it can be lead weight (trade weight) or more leaning to something relayed to fishing.

    Again, after sending him new photos, he returned photo of similar roman lead plumbbob.

    That one has a hook embedded in the lead.

    I have found Greek coin (Apollonia - 80 BC), Roman (3rd-4th century) and Bizantian coin (6th century) on that hilltop 80x50m...
    there was a "castle" or something with houses around in 16th century...
