A couple of recent finds

Article about: Cheers Steve. I've been researching future sites, and out and about with my detector. May have the chance of digging up an Anderson Shelter that was never cleared out at the end of the war.

The markings round the fuse are; 'AE 4 42 22 700 MKII BA 1941 92'
    on the next band '22'
    next band '22'
next band has the timming ring up to 30 and a small red triangle with 'safe' marked below it.

Found loads of musket balls, 303's, .50 cals. Some bronze age pot fragments, one of which is about 4in long. The land owner was very happy to see the bit of bronze age pot as it helped date human settlement on their land
