    The photographs do bring a closer sense of reality of the day. Certainly never to be forgotten.

    A cowardly and uncalled attack that cost us thousands of casualties and countless damage and launched us into a nightmare war that we should never have been drawn in to. Never forget.

    Default There was one good thing to come out of it

    At least it got the Americans off their backsides to engage in actually doing something to help those being murdered who were fighting and dying , in front of their daily viewing, to stop the tyranny that was the Axis union.

    Shame the Americans only ever help anyone else if they are feeling directly at risk themselves.

    Up the States, and long live our ' special ' relationship.

    And no, I won't be reading the abusive responses. You know who you are.
