Sorry if this doesn't intrest anyone but i thought i would share it

Today i went on me old fireing range site which dates from the zulu war

The area where the bullets are

Nearly fell into the mud a few times but i made it out

The area i was detecting. the bullets were fired into a mount but lots overshot the mound and landed into the mud

Some times they are just lying on the surface waiting for be found

It was soon time to go as it was a very windy day and didn't get much time but i was good fun

Todays finds, some nice one and intresting shapes

here is my pile from other trips onto the mud

    Thanks for looking

Do you know what weapons these come from ?

I think I can see a .577" Martini Henry in there.

one of the problems with your pics is thee is no scale
some of the bulets look like 9mm but they could also be 120mm there is nothing to give a scale
