Determination unknown object

Hi guys, I was digging in a forest in the Netherlands, when I found this. I don't know what it is, and I really would like to know what this could be. I found it in a forest where english and canadian troops stayed for a while. I found many full canadian and english rounds on the same location, and other ww2 stuff. The object has a diameter of 3 cm, and it's thickness is 1 mm. The text on the item says: 2 / 95
Does anyone know?

It reminds me of a Canadian ID tag with the details missing but it could just as easily be a tag attached to keys. Or some kind of token/civilian workplace tag. All just guesses on my part so let's hope someone can give a positive ID.

An equipment or vehicle key tag, would be my first guess. Could have belonged on anything from a tool cabinet to a truck or jeep key ring. Almost impossible to narrow it down much further.

I was thinking the same thing a tag off a piece of equipment , the British still do the same thing today

Canadian ID tags were made of fiber, I agree this is an equipment tag

I believe it's a tree-tag and not military related...

Interesting theory! But, the tree tags shown have numbers that are machine stamped into them, whereas the dug tag's numbers are hand stamped. We may never definitively identify this tag, but I think the theories on it have pretty well covered most of the possibilities.
