Some gorgeous finds there Ringbuffer!
Any further info about these? Did you find them?
Quite a find. A friend and I once dug up a PPsh41 in Narva and I still remember the experience....the yelling and the back slapping, hehe :-)
Yeh I found a couple of the guns the buckle and the cc clasps and drivers badge the rest where found by other diggers I have been to Kurland with ovethe last 10 years.
The ppsh41 was found in a river hence the bad condition still cool though !!
Thanks for info. Very interesting. I would love to go to Kurland next.
The PPSh41 we found looked like this
Funny thing is, that before we found the PPSh, we stumbled over a full magazine and bolt of another PPSh several kilometres away from the site of the PPSh itself.
Coo findsl did you get the mag open ??
Yes, mag was not in too bad a shape.
Great finds ringbuffer keep on posting them

Thought shall be the harder , heart the keener,
Courage the greater as our strength faileth.
Here lies our leader ,in the dust of his greatness.
Who leaves him now , be damned forever.
We who are old now shall not leave this Battle,
But lie at his feet , in the dust with our leader
