Thought shall be the harder , heart the keener,
Courage the greater as our strength faileth.
Here lies our leader ,in the dust of his greatness.
Who leaves him now , be damned forever.
We who are old now shall not leave this Battle,
But lie at his feet , in the dust with our leader
House Carles at the Battle of Hastings

So, 1st of April. The main reason was to get items from local digger. Then we tryed to find new places in deep German lines, some capitulation place, but we found only heavily dug out storehouses. Landscapes as I promised.
And today again snow.
THANK-YOU! It looks a lot like central Illinois!
On Easter, 8th of April, we decided to go to find lost German cemetery, weather was good, not too cold. Trip started in Riga.
Near Kurland we saw this, we went directly in snowstorm. It is one of main roads in Latvia from Riga to Libau.
