    Congrats on the first badge, mate ~

    And the ampulets are pretty cool too ~

    I have been pretty quite of late on posts ~ but NOT the hunts ~ ( will update sooner or later ~ )

    BUT I also have found my first Unit badge ~ as best we can make out mine is a WWI badge ~ dug in the middle of a WWII camp site ~ ?????

    Mate reckons it is rare coz it isa 'Stuart " badge ~ But when I dug it ~ it was twaisted 180 deg and folded in half !!!!!!!!!!

    Amazing that I was actually able to 'Unfold' ~

    Picked up some nice D.R.G.M marked tools at work last week. I presume the big thingamajig was used by a Waffenmeister?

    Have a look at this kool little item which was dug out from German positions in the Kurland Kessel last week. A morse key,,I wonder about all the messages that went through this one..
