    Also lets not forget a good Pulse detector when conditions are full of debris. I recommend Fisher Pulse x8.

    The backpack frames you have been finding look a lot like Norwegian prewar military ones, but I could be mistaken?

    The frame looks much like one we found in Bryansk last summer. Could be a frame for the cable roll for field telephone?

    I have found several of those frames around the dumping area,,non in very good condition yet,,but maybe a Perfect example comes out of the clay today

    I am surprised too over how much it was in this area..anyway Im hoping to make a trip to Kurland now before the snow come,coz Battlefield digging is a bit more fun
    Had to go back to yesterdays pit to see if there could be anymore beltbuckles there,spent a few hours emptying it,but no buckles today. Some small finds only,but I think I must spend the rest of this week there coz there seems to be lots of stuff just around this pit
