I use salt as well. Washing soda can also be used. I know a guy in Denmark who just uses normal machine washing powder. I tried it but it seems to make a lot of bubbles. It should work better in bigger containers. Here is a video of my setup i use on my balcony

M1 garand clip indeed. How do you think it got there? There were 72,800 of M1 Garands sent to Norway during the early cold war era. The Norweigan army used them from 1951 to the early seventies and the police used them up until the nineties. Still used by the drill team of the "Hans Majestet Kongens Garde". Maybe it's from a training/practice during these times? One of my favorite rifles and a very interesting find!

I found the Garand Clip Close to the Field Kitchen in the river I showed earlier in the thread. I did some digging on the river bank above the Kitchen, and there were loads of old farmer and household Garbage dating back to the 50`s,but also some spent shells,,so I Guess someone was practise shooting there at some point

Sounds like an old farm dump by the field kitchen. This is not un-common in any country. We had a dump ditch on our farm here in the states. I use to shoot a lot of cans and bottle there when I was a kid. Best days of my life when I was target shooting.

Despite clouds ripe With rain babies I took the car and went to the mountain, where I found some broken porcelain and a amber dice earlier. First I searched a site of a soviet POW camp, but only Nails and rust turned up there.
A Earth cellar looked promising as it had been placed barbed wire and ovens from the camp, but no Luck..
