    Definitively it looks like an electric heater - ceramic beads were usually used as isolation.

    Soviet spoon probably 1930s civillian type , 2nd grade quality ,made on the Oktober factory in Odessa

    One of the days last week I was digging a good signal and I smelled something familiar,but at first I couldnt remember what the smell was,,so i kept digging,,the smell was stronger and I can also hear a very weak buzzing sound,,hmmm,,what ever could it be?? I looked around and saw nothing,but then I saw all the soil was moving,it moved on my metaldetector,up my shovel,on my feet and arms,,ANTS!!!! aaaaahhh,,Panic!!They was all over me,,HolyCarp,,never dig next to a large anthill!
    I did NOT take the time to pull up the camera at that point,but moved over to another signal and found lots of old rust again
