here's a strange little thing. Had my metal detector on as i was moving down to the water when i got a interesting signal. The strange thing about this dogtag is that it just say's "Manger" ...no bloodtype or anything

oh it was REALLY cold today and we didn't do much digging. just confirmed that we had found a dumping place

Just walking in the woods i suddenly discovered this lying on top of the ground.. A german bayonet hang for the mauser

Started digging on the edge of the dump and this popped up...seems like some case for shells of some kind but not sure

A test on the other side of the dump...frag sleevs..and a LOT of them

We did just a little more digging and did find used 20mm shells, batteries, bottles, buckets and so on but since it was so cold we called it the day

The wood looks to be well preserved from what I can see. That frog looks to be pretty well intact also. Not bad for a day of fun! And it was I'm sure, regardless of the weather.
