found near german bunker

I have found this porcelain object near a german bunker to day. Its weight is 1850 gram, it is numbered with 4880221242310. Please hellp me

It looks like an electrical insulator that you would find on power supply lines I think?

beaten too it, it does look like an insulator of a powerline they come in many shapes and sizes

i think they used to be seen on the old type telegraph pole on the end of the cross beam.

They used to be seen by the thousand along the side of railway lines.
