Awesome stuff Paul , reading the info i see that Hienrich peter was killed in action a few days after Otto , i wounder if he was there when Otto was killed and what his thoughts would have been , only to be killed himself a few days later , very sober and sad part of our hobby .Still they were found and not lost for ever , thats awesome , have a great time in Eesti , give my regards to the boys ,cheers Raymond

Back from a trip to the Auvere

What an out standing collection of pics, what great work it is you are doing digging up those poor lost souls from both sides. I cant get over and amount of shrapnel damage some of those bits have through them, its hard say how anyone survived. war is indeed hell.
