The springs are rarer because they tend to corrode away to nothing most of the time. The other parts are alloy and so don't corrode, that's why you find so many of them and so few springs.
Where theres one base nut there will be many more hopefully

Get the ropes out and over the top, you first ill be right behind you , back in the pub
