Thought shall be the harder , heart the keener,
Courage the greater as our strength faileth.
Here lies our leader ,in the dust of his greatness.
Who leaves him now , be damned forever.
We who are old now shall not leave this Battle,
But lie at his feet , in the dust with our leader
House Carles at the Battle of Hastings
I been there a couple of times. Both pure digging trip and also a general WWII trip going to amongst other places, Narva, Tallin, Demjansk and Moscow (Red Army Museum, Kubinka, flea markets) etc etc.
I travel A LOT. Most of my trips go to battlefields and/or museums. My GF want to be left to roast in the sun and cant be bothered (*SIGH*).
