Just finished the thread. You guys must have had a blast. The Auwere Bridgehead (and the East/West Sack) have always interested me, so I was excited to see those pics. The MG position was very cool and crazy to learn of there fate.
Yes it was a nice trip guys. Paul is a portable encyclopedia when it comes to the history of Ostfront, the divisions who participated and the soldiers/officers involved.
I wish to go back one day.
P.s. i had a busy day at work today therefore no available free time for posting more pics. But definitely i'll continue on Monday.
