Article about: Found these both near the Dutch/ German border in some trenches. I saw an identical water bottle at a recent militaria fair and the owner said that the water bottle may be first war Austrian

    Found these both near the Dutch/ German border in some trenches. I saw an identical water bottle at a recent militaria fair and the owner said that the water bottle may be first war Austrian but i'm not sure if it is a civilian flask. I don't have a clue about the brass identity disk. Any suggestions would be gratefully received
