Thank you for your comprehensive ID of nearly everything I posted, I'm particulatily pleased with the Gloster part ID and also the Dunlop brake relay valve, Ive been looking for pictures of one in use.

Here are a couple of recent finds.

First up is a steel strutt attached to an alloy bracket that reinforced a wooden joint. There is no evidence that the dumping site was burnt so from the underside melt Im wondering if this piece came off an aircraft that crashed and burned.
I cant find any picture to show its use except perhaps as a part of he engine mounting frame?

This heavy study jaw was mounted on a piece of alloy but when dug it had turned to a white mushy soup of oxide although you can still see traces under the bolts.
The jaws have brass blocks insulating them from the main mounting plate, so I was wondering could this be to insulate them from static electricity and if that is the case could they be a part of a bomb hanger from a rack?





The quality stamps impressed into the brass show a backward and forward facing R like R R, but I cant find an aero company that used those initials except perhaps Rolls Royce? But it also has either a GW or Perhaps GLW stamp.
Can you confirm what it is?
