No 69 Grenade body.

Article about: Open to peoples opinions whether its genuine or a fake? Its worn and all plugs remove. Wasn't sure if its a well made copy or genuine. It says 40, so I presume its dated 1940

These are very tricky to determine as genuine. (A friend of mine in the plastics industry made some resin copies years ago which were cast from an original. Sold to members of our living history group)

Some being sold here in quantity: M564 British WW2 Mod 69 Grenade - 02-Military Items

A large quanity of originals were dug on farmland about 10 years ago now.

Sorry I cannot give you a straight answer on this one.

    Cheers, Ade.
