Article about: by Scout Mmmmm, the good stuff. Calvados is most excellent. Yes the good stuff even better it is from Omaha beach. chris

    Thanks for posting the photos. What great finds. I was happy to find a split .303 case in 2006, that made my trip.

    was it on Omaha or Utah?
    It is always nice to be able to pick-up a relic yourself for souvenir.

    I found it on Omaha just SE of Les Moulins along the rocks put in to support the sea wall.. It was never fired and split in half, packed with sand.

    That would be the second division if I remenber correctly.
    The sea always bring stuff to the beach.
