Hi Kris, that is a 9mm Polish Radom or VIS or known to the Germans as the P35(P).

    Cheers, Ade.

They are great weapons. Very popular with Germans, who kept them in production for themselves.

I have one too, but not a relic, so I won't show it here, but I have shown it on the forum in the past.

    Cheers, Ade.

I actually got to shoot a Radom pistol this last weekend. It was really well designed, the grips fit well in the hand, it shoots well too.

Hello and welcome to the forum.
There is no great chance I will ever fire mine....
......however it would be tempting to try to restore such a relic...

That bipod is also correct for the "T Gewehr" - the German WW1 anti-tank riifle. Seeing a G98 was found nearby that possibly maskes it a WW1 relic off either an MG08/15 or T if location fits with WW1 action?
Enjoying this site tremendously. Well done guys.
I have ambitions of doing some rooting around the Angolan battlefields one day if I can get over the red tape .
