Its possible to defuse a B-Patrone ? ... well i am not up to date
To check if not only the case is without powder you can softly sake it near your ear and when you can hear a "tick tick tick" then its not inert. The "tick tick tick" is the ignitor ;-)
Thats a trick from experienced relic hunters, you never know ;-))))
Aghs, your "C" spanner, marked "120 130 H 1940" seems to be a shock absorber adjustment tool possibly from a BMW/Zundapp motorcycle, they were still being issued in BMW tool kits upto the 1990's !
