    Welcome to the forum.

    Can you post some pictures of your finds direct to the forum? Not everyone wants to troll through utube clips and I for one would rather look at some stills.

    thanks for adding the images to the forum, that is much appreciated by me and I am sure by some of the other members here. You appear to have found some good items with your detector, all legally done I assume.

    yes of course
    in france the law isn't very difficult, we tolerated
    for practice metal detector:
    -Need Agreement of the land owner
    -Not be on historic ground (castle, Roman ...
    etc....

    in southern france the farmers are friendly and agree with a good bottle of wine =)

    Glad to hear it, and I hope you map your discoveries as well for future reference, in case one day someone wants to do a proper archaeological survey in your area.

    Great items, thanks for sharing! Nice to see a US battlefield relic helmet for a change --- and is that a Feldgendarmerie gorget chain?
