Not sure on the plastic rectangles, but that's a nice St. George medallion and the cap badge(?) has the crest of King Michael. He was a member of the Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen royal family. I had the honor of meeting him in 2001. Ruhe in Frieden/Odihnească-se în pace.

Unfortunately, I don't know what that badge is.
